Four phases. Two founder check-ins. Fixed scope. Fixed deadline. The risk
is on the studio.

PHASE 1 — AUDIT (DAYS 1 to 3)
------------------------------------------------------------
Day 1: Studio pulls Shopify analytics, GA4, Meta + TikTok creative, and
       runs the 38-point checklist live on the store.
Day 2: Studio writes the 3-point audit (site, offer, motion). The math is
       attached. Three named leaks.
Day 3: Founder check-in #1. Approve the audit, sign the architecture brief.
       Scope locks. Deadline locks. No further re-scoping after this gate.

DELIVERABLES: Written audit (PDF), revenue-recovery math sheet, leak
ranking, architecture brief.

PHASE 2 — ARCHITECTURE (DAYS 4 to 6)
------------------------------------------------------------
Day 4: Information architecture, site map, PDP wireframe, cart wireframe.
Day 5: Copy direction (voice, headlines, key sections), design tokens,
       reference sweep.
Day 6: Single round of feedback (founder, async). Locked at end of day.

DELIVERABLES: Wireframes, IA map, design tokens, copy outline, motion
brief.

PHASE 3 — BUILD (DAYS 7 to 11)
------------------------------------------------------------
Day 7: Theme scaffolding, design tokens, base components, performance
       budget set.
Day 8: PDP, cart drawer, header, footer, navigation.
Day 9: Collections, content sections, motion implementation.
Day 10: Checkout customization, accessibility pass, performance budget
        verification.
Day 11: Internal QA. Browser matrix, device matrix, network throttling.
        First analytics wire-up.

DELIVERABLES: Full storefront on staging URL.

PHASE 4 — TUNE (DAYS 12 to 14)
------------------------------------------------------------
Day 12: Founder check-in #2. Live walkthrough on real devices. Final
        notes captured.
Day 13: Conversion-critical fixes, content load, image optimization,
        SEO + JSON-LD pass, redirects.
Day 14: Launch. DNS cutover. Post-launch verification on real traffic for
        4 hours. Tune phase complete.

DELIVERABLES: Live storefront, written launch report, 14-day post-launch
support window opens.

- DELIVERY: 10% fee credit per business day late. Applied automatically.
- AUDIT: If the audit cannot prove a leak worth 5x our fee, we do not
         take the engagement. The audit is yours either way.
- SCOPE: Locked in writing on day three. No surprise invoices.
- QUALITY: Brand-quality bar is written into the contract. If the build
           does not meet it, we tune at no cost or refund the build fee.
